inochi was commissioned to transform a building with a colourful past into a functional family home . Adding to the project's complexity was the need for a complete renovation and extension working for overseas clients eager to return. Drawing on the buildings past we highlighed elements with colour and detailing that reflected the past. Marrying the original building with an open and functional new living, dining and kitchen area that flowed seamlessly into the outdoor entertaining area and garden. Emphasis was placed on developing a stylish and timeless feel utilising durable and natural finishes to create warmth and interest.
