The design concept for One Tree Coffee Co. was all about the experience, engaging and educating the customer: vintage and classic with modern elements was the feeling we wanted to achieve in this experience. By using classic coffee machinery to be the focus of the coffee and concept. The design is roughly based on an old train with carriage like seating and complexed island style layout with a number of dinning options. Inochi designed bespoke joinery to suit the shopping centres requirements.
