CLIENTS RESPONSE TO inochi
After meeting with Kristie Paul for the initial job briefing I had a good idea in my head that she was going to
be the right person to complete The Backroom within the limited time frame and budget. Her immediate response to my interview time was the first sign of dedication. I employed inochi to design what was to be
The Backroom and ended up getting a designer, builder, painter, bricklayer and friend. We spent early mornings, late nights and long hours to complete this job and every day inochi seemed to amaze me with their ideas and adaptive re-use concepts for the design and allocated budget. The final design of The Backroom has proven to be more positive than expected and I owe that all to inochi. The amount of work and overtime by inochi staff, meant The Backroom opened in time and has now become one of Sydney's newest hot spots!

inochi was commissioned for the design of our new retail venture – Wild Basket. At the initial stages of consultation, Wild Basket was still in the planning stage and although we had a very clear vision of what we wanted the shop to look and feel like, Kristie successfully brought that vision to life through design and just before opening merchandising and product placement. The design is true to brief and exactly what we had hoped for, plus more. We can't thank Kristie and the inochi team enough for being a part of bringing our dream to reality.

Its been four months and people still talk about how cool our place looks and they are fighting over which great looking chair to sit on. Importantly Kristie and her team at inochi treated the heritage status of our building with sensitivity and
taste. inochi was able to create an office and workshop space that combined the history of the Old Bristol
Arms Hotel with the creativity and professionalism of the Galileo Kaleidoscope business. Perhaps
unsurprisingly this project was not an easy one with many building challenges inherent in such an old
heritage listed building, however, with Kristie's passion as inspiration for all of us, and the dedication
of our builders at Pivotal, we managed to get an outstanding result.

the finite details that make the space what it is. She is open to suggestion and discussion, she steers the
ship but the deckhands can still have their say!

As with a lot of IT products Sony VAIO's have a lot of value that is 'hidden under the bonnet'. We needed
a way to reveal this to customers in a simple and effective manner. We approached inochi with the basic
idea of creating a self running demonstration. After briefing them on a rough concept they moved forward
quickly. They undertook their own market analysis and this helped us to really clarify and refine the
objectives. During the design and development stages they involved us fully. inochi's professionalism
was exceptional and it was a pleasure working with the team. In the end the finished product couldn't
have been better. It not achieved our initial goal but helped add to the overall brand value. Excellent
